How NFE Works
Step-by-step walkthrough of the NFE Core Notion template, including how to enter skills, how to edit them, and unlocking the Put Your Data to Work section.

00
Your NFE in Notion
This is your Name, Frame, Extend homebase within Notion. From here you can add skills, visit your full skill inventory, and find additional writing prompts.
01
Add a Skill
Start by adding a skill or a recent project. This will add an entry to your skills inventory database.

02
Work thru NFE
This is the heart of NFE, where you take a recent skill or project and reflect on it using Name, Frame, Extend prompts. Do this solo or with a co-worker, friend, or AI partner.
You also might like to use the printed version of the Name, Frame, Extend Workbook to do analog reflections and then enter into Notion.
03
View/Edit Your Entry
By viewing your response you can see and edit your entry right away if you want. You'll also be able to see where to find the Put Your Data to Work Section.

04
Put Your Data to Work
Unlock the Put Your Data to Work section by clicking on "NAME" after you complete an entry.
This will load a template into each of your entry pages that has space for resume bullets, linkedin blurbs, and other notes you'd like to add.
05
Keep Everything Together
Once you've completed an entry, you have everything in one place. You have your Name, your Frame and your Extend opportunies. You have any links to relevant documentation. And you've got a spot to keep resume bullets and leadership attributes for easy access.
And, of course, your mood tracker :)
